GYM OR WITHOUT GYM ROUTINE TO BE FIT


Lets take the first step towards the fitness …. In every successful work there are need some planning and routine work by which its taste the success..

I made a simple and effective routine workout plan for those who are busy in there work and study… ALSO EFFECTIVE FOR THE BEGINERs,,,

FOLLOW IT FOR TRANSFORMATION….

 

Just starts with this simple routine which I mentioned above…

In this session we starts from cardio in the evening or morning because some person cannot spare their time in morning and some in evening because of their busy schedule … cardio may consist light jogging or walking, skipping, sprint etc. depends upon the efficiency of the individual.. Cardio increase our metabolism and strength not only physically also mentally make us strong to face any type of challenge in the life…



After cardio different types of workout will boost our performance in each sector of life,, its may be indoor or outdoor.. it will boost your sexual life also .. indoor exercise means lifting weights in the gym but according to my perception doing exercise in outdoor like chin up, push ups, sit ups etc is more effective because this freehand exercise boots our stamina for a long time rather than the workout in the gym,,




Taking breakfast is the important things which we starts in the morning ,,, because that time our metabolism is too low and giving perfect food to our body boots our strength,, which must be consist protein, fiber, healthy fat, complex carbohydrate…


Taking rest is also important part of this routine to be fit and healthy we need minimum 6 to 8 hours of sound sleep… which will reduce your fat and increase your strength... not only this fitness brings you the highest level of the life to enjoy every moment of life….



DON’T BE CONFUSED ABOUT THIS BREAKFAST CONTENT , I WILL TELL YOU SIMPLE FOOD WHICH YOU CAN HAVE IN YOUR BREAKFAST… GENERAL PERSON CAN AFFORD THIS..

IF WE CAN GIVE 24 X 7 FOR YOUR WORK CAN’T WE GIVE  JUST 1 HOURS TO OUR BODY..
SAY NO TO LAZYNESS AND FAT.  STARTS A NEW MORNING WITH ME…///
